Wen has a Commerce background and works in Mining/Construction industry after completing her degree at the University of Melbourne. She always being well-organized and high-efficient problem solver who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. She starts her career with executive assistant role and assisting in accounts purpose and now Wen has been fully in charged as an accounts administrator at Grounded.

Shayla has recently joined the Grounded Team and comes from an administrative background; Shayla will be ensuring that the business runs as smooth as possible as she assists with the day-to-day administration duties across the business. She will also be the head of house at the reception and I’m sure you will see her smiley face when you pop into the office next to greet you.

Arthur joined us at Grounded in July 2022 as our new project administrator. He has been working in a construction and trade environment since moving to Australia from Germany in 2013. He has over 6 years of experience in a project administration role working in the Pilbara on projects for major players in the mining and resources sector as well as public sector and government agencies.

Kiara has recently Joined the Grounded Team. She comes from an Office managerial, Business support background in Construction, mining, and Medical Industries. With 10 years of experience in high level administration duties and operational duties that help support the Business. Kiara holds a Diploma in Business and continues to grow her experience and knowledge within the construction industry at Grounded

Tina joined the Grounded team in July 2022, and has extensive knowledge in procurement with 16 years experience in building supplier and client relationships and logistics in Australia, within construction and transportable businesses. She also comes with 4 years of HSE experience with her Certificate IV in OHS, ICAM qualification.

Having spent over 35 years in the construction industry, Gab has experience in both commercial and residential construction. He commenced his career in the Premix Concrete industry, starting as a Concrete Tester before moving into Dispatching and then into Plant Management, where he spent over 10 years. He then changed his career path, by venturing into the residential construction area, initially as a Construction Supervisor, then applying his knowledge and experience into Construction Management. The opportunity came to be involved as a Business Owner, in a Residential Building Company, which he took on for 8 years, before venturing into the commercial construction sector. Gab is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the construction of remote mining camps as our Project Manager, using his wealth of construction knowledge and experience.

Tristan is a Project Manager and Contracts Specialist with over 16 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry. Commencing in New South Wales before moving back to Western Australia to continue study and work in construction management roles. Tristan has been involved in the delivery of a multitude of projects including local and north/west infrastructure works, residential warehouse conversions, mixed use buildings, offices, and a number of successful as-built rated green star projects for private clients, local government, universities and councils. With strengths in design coordination, cost control and a solid foundation contract law Tristan has a passion for delivering successful projects that benefit all stakeholders and the wider community.

Paul has Been working in the construction industry for the past 30 years from a manufacturing background within the housing industry, progressing through to sales / Supply to the construction industry, Working as a scheduler within the manufacturing industry for the supply of materials for the construction industry and gaining a good understanding of timelines and products involved than Progressed to estimator for the building industry, after a short hiatus working within the water treatment industry to which an opportunity to join the team at Grounded became available.

Richard is a Contract Administrator with ten years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Major Project experience in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors in Regulatory Compliance, Construction Supervision, Estimating and Contract Administration brings a valuable portfolio of experience. Successful careers as an Officer in the Australian Regular Army and as a self-employed Financial Advisor within a Boutique High Net Worth Advisory firm has equipped him with a wide variety of experience in operations, training, logistics, resource and financial management and personnel administration. He has a Bachelor Business (Finance). His diverse experience allows him to apply a holistic approach to finding commercial and operational solutions to issues for Grounded and our Clients.

Laura comes from an administrative & management background of 10 years in both logistics, civil and construction sectors. Laura oversees and performs all functions across Grounded’s business including developing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing accounting and financial data and overseeing daily operations within the business. Laura is the heart and soul of Grounded and keeps the place ticking along.

Terry has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Originally starting as a contractor before moving into a Publicly Listed Company as a department manager in Warehousing, Procurement and Estimating. After many years within this role he then moved into a more senior management role as Operations Manager and then eventually to General Manager. He has a wealth of knowledge around construction methodologies, products, strategies, designs, and innovation. Terry is responsible for managing the Operations within the business. Improving business performance, culture, efficiency and driving change on all Business activities.

From humble beginnings in 2013, Paul saw an opportunity for business in remote construction within Western Australia, in particular the ever-growing Mining and Resources sector. Paul set out to build a team of experienced personnel and tradesman to turn this dream into a reality With a builders ticket and an idea over a beer, Grounded Construction Group arose. Fast forward to today and Paul has had the opportunity to work with many up and coming mining companies along with some of the Major Players in the Mining and Resource space, forging long standing Business and personal relationships along the way
